Vt Windsor (Japan) Cannon Tabletop (Empty) Lighter 🐞

Vintage Windsor (Japan) cannon tabletop (empty) lighter. Stamped/marked Japan as shown in a photograph. Circa 1960’s. Features a black wood barrel and a brass coloured metal alloy frame/wheels. The lighter does have a wick place. I’m unsure of whether the lighter is functional. Good condition. Patina. Any wear commensurates with the age. The wood barrel and lighter are approximately 7.8” in length. The entire piece is approximately 3.2” in depth wheel to wheel and 8” in length.
