This is an AUXKO waterproof rooftop cargo carrier. It's made of 5mm thick PVC. Zipper is shielded with a waterproof flap and sealed tight using high-strength Velcro to keep belongings dry and protected under any condition.
Only opened - never used, too large for my vehicle.
