This rental is a great option if you want to live in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to nearby shops, parks, and major TTC routes. The shared room is only $450 per month, including utilities. We are looking for a female tenant, because you would be sharing a room with 1 other female. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with other members of the household. One tenant has cats.
