One set would be complete . Between the both of them all together it's Missing eight angled bricks, five half bricks, one 1 in lintel, three whole bricks, one large window and one house door. That is between both sets so one set would be short. Booklet is in excellent condition, there is a tear in one roof easily fixed with Scotch tape. Considering this is from the 50s I'd say you're getting a great deal.
