Springyard ThermaSox Battery Heated Socks

Large Size: Mens 10.5 - 13.5, Women's 12-15. Never worn, but were taken out of the package to test runtime and heat output. I used rechargeable 2500 mAh batteries (each sock's battery pack takes 3 AA batteries, and has an on/off switch), and I was getting 32-36 degrees Celsius in a room temperature environment, and a runtime of up to 6 hours (will be less if the batteries are exposed to the cold). I used to do flagging for construction sites, and we were often out for hours and hours without a break. Bought a bunch to have extra battery packs if I wound up working late or not getting breaks, so I could easily swap out packs. I used two pair, which I still have; though, on one of the sock wires took too much wear and tear from the loose, wide-ankled winter boots I was wearing at the time, and they shorted out. The battery packs have a fuse to prevent battery short circuits/overheating, but it's soldered in, so the battery pack becomes inactive if it blows. They don't get as hot as the disposable heat packs, which was good, since they kept my toes from freezing, but didn't overheat my feet if I was working somewhere with a warm break room. 30% wool, 70% acrylic. $10 a pair.
