Selling a Garant 6 lb Splitting Maul in excellent condition. Purchased less than a year ago and only used a handful of times. Head: 6 lb forged and hardened steel—holds an edge well and has a wide flare for efficient splitting. Handle: 34-inch high-visibility orange fiberglass. Much more durable than wood and very easy to spot in the brush or woodpile. Grip: Non-slip thermoplastic rubber (TPR) with an ergonomic flared end. Safety: Features integrated overstrike protection to prevent handle damage if you miss a swing. Perfect for splitting firewood or logs. Only selling because I am downsizing.
