The "Pinocchio tomato" is a micro dwarf tomato variety that grows to about 45- 50 cm tall, making it ideal for pots, windowsills, and balconies. Plants produce orange cherry-sized fruits with a balance of sweet and tangy flavors. They are heavy producers for their size, requiring no staking, and mature relatively quickly. Start seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before your last expected frost date. Sow seeds about 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep in pots, keeping the soil moist and warm to encourage germination.
