Room in large bright condo for rent

Looking for a roommate to share a large bright 2 bedroom apartment in the village (Jarvis/Maitland). Amazing amenities: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, squash, racquet ball, basketball, tennis, gym, party room, library, large secure landscaped courtyard. 24 hour security at front desk. The building is very queer friendly and many residents here belong to the community. Building is completely up to date with fire code and alarms. We share kitchen, bathroom, and living area. Laundry in suite. The building is very accessible with 3 elevators but the bathroom in unit has a tub/shower combo which is not wheelchair accessible. I occasionally smudge and light incense but if scent is an issue, that can stop. I enjoy playing music in the unit and am open to most musical tastes. Overall it's a very quiet, yet very social. There is room in the main area for us each to have a desk if you occasionally work from home. You: any gender welcome ( present roommate is cis bi female) ( I do feel very comfortable around a feminine energy), prefer professional, student, or full time employed. Looking for someone respectful with good communication skills. Must like animals. Me: I am an easy going, tidy, cis gay male. very respectful of others and have good communication skills. I am self employed ( landscape designer) and have winters off. I like to travel a lot during my down time. I am very social and am either out visiting or occasionally entertaining with dinners at home. I have a friendly small dog (Boston Terrier named Vegas) who loves people. Rent is $1400 all inclusive. Parking is not included but other residents often rent out spaces if you need. The room is available for either December 1 or January 1 move-in. some of the furniture is going when my roommate leaves so there is room for yours or I'll replace what is needed.
