Size small, but I’m currently L/XL and it still fits me, so it was a bit oversized. Drawstring waist, and sleeves can be buttoned up, super deep pockets with zippers. Only one section of damage, a small hole shown in the last picture...easily repairable just haven’t gotten around to it.
