The Automatic Mode will start automatically. 2. Change Mode: While the power is on, press the button once to switch between modes. • Automatic Healing Mode: Air pressure massage + Heating function + Music • Dynamic Mode: Air pressure massage + Music • Sleep Mode: Heating function + Music 3. Turn Off Music: While the power is on, press the button twice consecutively to turn off the music. 4. Power Off: While the power is on, press and hold the button for about 3 seconds to turn off the device. Note: The device will automatically turn off after 10 minutes.
