Fortress Mobility Scooter

Fortress 1700DT 3-Wheel mobility scooter. Selling as is just needs new batteries as it's been in storage for a couple years. 6 months before storage the controller (computer) was replaced and the wheels were upgraded to full foam so NO FLATS (only the front wheel was installed but the 2 back wheels are included in the sale, just needs to be put on). The charger was lost and does need to be replaced. I have two receipts to show the cost spent on upgrades. Or best offer Cash only & pick up only
