Austin Air HealthMate HM400 HEPA Air Purifier

Selling a used but excellent condition Austin Air HealthMate HM400 HEPA Air Purifier. I bought this because my neighbor's cigarette smoke was causing asthma attacks, and this unit worked wonders. It's truly one of the best air purifiers out there. I'm only selling because the smoke issue is resolved, and unfortunately, I don't have the space to store it. The filter was replaced with a brand new Filter Monster last year and has at least 5 years of life left. Pickup is in the Yorkville area (Bay and Bloor). I'm happy to demonstrate how well it works before you buy. It's a substantial unit and a bit heavy, but it does have casters, making it easy to move around. New, these units sell for around $1500 in Canada, and the filters alone are several hundred dollars. I'm asking $500.
