Grey Wood 6-Drawer Dresser

We’re moving to a new apartment and no longer need it. We’re pricing it low since there is one scratch mark and it has a loose bottom panel that is insecure and causes the bottom right drawer to become loose if not lined up correctly. Height: 40’ Length: 60’ Width: 15’ We live on a lower floor in a tower apartment, and it should be easy to move out through the balcony. We can help load it into a truck or van as-is, but the buyer must be able to pick it up and transport it from our place. There is one scruff mark on the right side of the top- see pics. Also I am only asking for a modest price as the bottom right of the dresser is unstable due to a loose panel and therefore if not lined up then the bottom left drawer can become loose. Must be moved with care but I also think this could be easily fixed by someone who knows what they are doing with wood glue and some clamps. Again see pics. 100- firm price. Drawers are also easily removed.
