Nakamura Antidote 2020 hardtail mtb

I purchased this Bike about 3 years ago, and ive done a few stuff to it. The front shifter for the 3 gears has broken so I took that off, zoom 4 piston hydraulic brakes which have excellent stopping power. The issues the bike has is that the forks arent the best and the cranks are a bit bent which is why I chose the price. The bike is in a bit rough condtion. I just want to gone hence the price, its just taking up garage space Feel free to ask for any other questions!
