Allen Sports Locking 2-Bike Hitch Rack

Allen Sports locking 2-bike hitch rack. It fits 2" & 1.25" hitches. Rack includes a locking mechanism to secure bikes. I only say it’s used because it was mounted on the car for a short time. I never had the chance to put a bike on it because I sold the car before buying a bike. It has just been sitting in my storage since then. I’m open to reasonable offers. Cash only, please.
