Vintage Tomy Big Grabber Space Robot

Yes, it works! $75 o.b.o. According to Gemini, This toy is a vintage Space Grabber 18-150 (also known as the Grid Striker), a wired remote-controlled tank and claw vehicle made around 1984–1985 by Echo Industrial Co. / Playwell Toys. Sold as is, comes with a Styrofoam insert. No box. The wire has an unknown glue/resin on it, but it has no impact on the toys playability. Some superficial scuffs and scrapes on the tank shell itself, but all buttons and articulations work smoothly. Even the overhead light still turns on! Internal wiring is clean and battery contacts are not corroded.
