22Urgently need to sell this piece as I am moving out on 21st. It is in very good condition, hasn't even been a year since I bought it. Extremely comfortable IKEA Soderhamn Sofa chaise. Add a 2-seater sofa section from the same set and get it all for $450. Smoke free, pet free and the cover is easy to keep clean since it can be machine washed and is easy to take off and put on again. Pickup is from a basement, a vehicle big enough to carry the sofa will be required. The back panel and legs will be disassembled to make the pickup easy.
