super soco e-bike

Super soco 2018. Just installed a new fob for starting the bike but it needs to be programmed. I do not have the side panels. Battery is a bit low may need to be charged or replaced. May need some minor adjustments as well New this e-bike is worth $5800+ very low kilometers, very clean and sharp looking it has a top speed of 70 km/h Side panels can be ordered online. I will accept any reasonable,non lowball offer. Any specs or mechanical questions please look it up online I'm not a mechanic nor an expert 1500 obo
