Two Gold Shellac-Bamboo Nested Bowls

Two beautiful and functional bamboo serving, or storage, bowls finished in striking gold shellac of the Japanese style. Bought at Ashley's fine china store on Bloor St. ($$$$) The larger bowl measures approximately 11 inches in diameter and about 6 inches high; medium bowl is about 9½ inches in diameter and about 5 inches high. Have been used to serve salad and hold produce, and other goods, within arms' reach. Some gaps on the inside due to natural drying of the bamboo and changes in humidity, shown. Can be sold separately. Just ask!
