This is new and untested This is a non-programmable thermostat designed to control the temperature for conventional single-stage systems (1 Heat / 1 Cool). It provides accurate temperature control of +/- 1°F for consistent comfort. The room temperature is displayed from 41°F to 95°F, and the temperature control range is from 44°F to 90°F. The thermostat features a separate heating and cooling swing (cycle rate) adjustment. This allows you to fine-tune how long your system runs during a cycle, which helps to maintain a more comfortable temperature and can reduce energy usage, leading to savings on annual heating and cooling costs. Additional features include a room temperature calibration setting for display accuracy and a selectable 5-minute compressor delay protection to prevent damage to your air conditioning unit. A low battery indicator provides a timely reminder to change the batteries. This thermostat is designed for single-stage conventional systems. Compatible systems include: Single-Stage Heating & Cooling, Gas/Oil/Electric Furnaces (Heat only), Boiler/Radiant systems (Heat only), and 24-volt Gas Fireplaces. Please Note: This thermostat is NOT compatible with Heat Pumps, Multistage (2H/1C, 2H/2C) systems, 120-240V electric baseboard heat, 3-wire hydronic systems, or mini-split systems. It is designed for systems that use 2 to 5 wires. It is not suitable for connections with 6 to 8 wires. It is highly recommended to examine your existing system's wiring to ensure compatibility before purchasing.
