Freesky Ranger Air E-Bike – Needs Some Repairs I'm selling my Freesky Ranger Air e-bike that i had for about 5 months. The bike has a few issues, but here's a full breakdown of what's wrong and the estimated repair costs. Current Issues: 1. Front brake rotor: The front rotor is bent, causing the brake pad to rub against it and make noise while riding. The bike can still be ridden, but the front brake should be inspected and repaired before further use. 2. Throttle: I was adjusting the throttle when it broke. It can no longer be tightened properly and moves around. 3. Handlebar buttons: The outer plastic housing around the buttons has cracked. The buttons themselves still work, but the plastic housing that holds the rubber cover in place is damaged. 4. Front light: The two metal supports holding the light in place snapped off. The light is currently secured with zip ties and is not properly aligned. Estimated Repair Costs: - Throttle replacement: approximately $50 (replacement available from the official Freesky website). - Front rotor replacement: approximately $40–$50. A friend had his rotor replaced for $45. - Light mounting bracket: estimated $20 or less if the correct part can be found. - Button housing: approximately $50 to 20$ for a 3D-printed replacement. Total Estimated Repair Cost: Around $160–$170, potentially up to $200 if additional parts or labour are needed. Please note that these are estimates, not guaranteed repair quotes. Included with the Bike: Tire covers Protective gear Phone holder DM me if you have any questions or would like more information about the bike.
