Black Leather (fabric) Futon Sofa

I'm looking to find a new home for my couch. It's a three-seater, about six years old, and still in good condition. It features built-in storage and can convert into a queen-sized bed. The couch is comfortable—firm without being too soft—and made from leather-like fabric. Willing to go down on the price.
