Vintage Kissing Couple Under Umbrella Figurine

Beautiful vintage romantic couple figurine featuring a couple embracing and kissing beneath an elaborate decorative umbrella covered with heart motifs. The sculpture is made from a silver-tone/cast metal and features an unusually detailed openwork umbrella with multiple curved ribs, textured bands and numerous heart-shaped cutouts. A heart is also incorporated into the design behind the couple. The couple stands on a circular metallic platform with a glossy dark brown/black resin base. The metal base is marked with a distinctive intertwined “MB” monogram, which appears to be a maker or designer’s mark. I have not been able to conclusively identify the manufacturer, so I am selling it as an MB-marked piece rather than making an unverified attribution. Condition: Very good vintage pre-owned condition overall. There is some surface patina/aging to the metal and normal signs of previous use. The resin base has some light surface wear.
