This is a vintage Bell & Howell Two Twenty 8mm movie camera from the 1950s. It features a large, top-mounted viewfinder for aiming and is equipped with a 10mm f/2.3 lens. The aperture is adjusted using a dial with settings like "Bright Sun" or "Cloudy Dull". It's a spring-wound camera operated by a crank handle trigger. Not sure if it works.
