Adorable set of heavy, solid wood nursery bookends from the late 1980s / early 1990s. Completely hand-painted with a whimsical country clown/farmer character and a black-and-white spotted cow leaning against "ABC" books.Great heavy-duty build to hold up children's picture books, Dr. Seuss stories, or chapter books on a bedroom shelf. Adds a great retro, cozy vibe to any child's bedroom or playroom. Minor vintage character wear, but overall in great sturdy shape! (Books shown in photos are not included).
