Hayward pool heater for PARTS

I have a Hayward H250ED2C pool heater with a cracked exchanger. All of the other parts are good (gas valve, electronics and sensors). I will not remove parts. You buy the whole heater and you can sell the rest for scrap metal. Sold as is. I'm located in the south end of Georgetown.
