Private Room for rent near Davie and Nicola st! Please read description before messaging me! Large room available for $1500 starting Feb. 7th! Female only, no couples. Some photos are outdated so this is not the furniture that’s in the apartment currently. Photo of room available is at the end. Shared living space with two young females, one is in University and the other works full-time and sometimes from home. Description of us is at the bottom. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom in 1200 square feet apartment. Hydro and internet is separate. Private laundry and dryer in the storage room downstairs. It’s an old heritage building with wooden flooring. 10 min walk to English Bay. It is usually a quiet area, sometimes it is a bit loud on the weekends but I personally never had any issues with it. Conveniently near public transit. Parking is street parking and permit only- anywhere in the area. Lease is month to month. No parties, smoking, pets. There are pets allowed in the building but we prefer no pets due to bad experiences in the past and easier to deal with, sorry. I have my dog over once in a while though. A bit about us: Chantal: I work full-time and go to school full-time at UBC. I am quite organized, clean up after myself, and is respectful of others. I like to have friends over so I don’t mind if you want to as well just as long as it’s communicated. I have a family dog that I would like to have over once in a while and I am open to others having their family pets over once in a while too. I work odd hours due to working at an emergency animal hospital so sometimes I work late shifts or overnights. Gigi: I work full-time and am an organized, clean, and respectful. I believe communication is part of a healthy, safe and comfortable living environment. On the weekends you can find me cooking, thrifting and hanging out with my friends or going to a workout class.
