Glass Eye Studio Volcano Paperweight, Mt St Helens (Offers)

This is a beautiful handcrafted art glass paperweight from Glass Eye Studio (Seattle, WA). This design is from their Environmental Series which has now been retired. It was crafted in 2008 to commemorate the Mt. St. Helens volcano eruption in 1980. It's stamped on the bottom with Volcano, GES, 08. This is a truly unique paperweight with authentic volcanic ash collected from that eruption. The interior of this paperweight is designed to look like a volcano erupting with plumes of white 'ash' spewing over the top of deep red veins of lava with gold specks. The base has some of the actual ash and sediment from the eruption, and controlled bubbles for artistic flair within. This is a unique collector piece, in excellent condition. There are no blemishes, chips, cracks or scratches on it. Approximately 3.5" in height. Offers Pick up in Varsity, NW Calgary. Cash only.
