Cold Pack / Hot Pack

This is a cold pack that can also be used for heat therapy. Store flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours for cold use. For heat, place on a paper towel in the microwave for a maximum of 1 minute. Always wrap before applying. Keep away from children.
