Gomphrena/Globe Amaranth about to flower

Gomphrena flower in a 4 inch pot. Flower bud forming These flowers are non toxic and edible. Colors should be one of purple/pink/white but not sure which is which. Selling the pot of seedlings as is. Google picture of flower for reference only
