White base cabinet for washroom/kitchen/laundry - $30

$30 OBO. Location is near Mill St in Alcona. Kept it wrapped in garage for a project I had planned, but ended up having no time for it. Need space in garage now so need to get rid of it. No damages other than that minor chip on the bottom front as shown in photo. Dusty from sitting in garage, but no issues other than that. White base cabinet with 1 door and 2 shelves. White shaker style, with silver leg footings. Could use it for bathroom, washroom, laundry room, kitchen, etc., good storage option. Could add sink or countertop.
