A rare and stunning piece of vintage Canadiana! This is an extra-large, jumbo 12.5-inch "Retainable Shell" baroque dip-carved ribbon candle handcrafted by Golden Dawn Designs out of Edmonton, Canada. It features beautiful, intricate multi-layered wax ribbons in warm shades of peach, cream, and deep mauve-burgundy. These are designed so that the gorgeous outer carved structure remains intact as a permanent decorative shell while the center burns. It makes a spectacular, eye-catching statement piece for any bohemian, mid-century modern, or eclectic retro display.
