This is a red Staub cast iron braiser. It's 28cm, which is about 11 inches. Made in France, it's perfect for slow cooking or braising meats and vegetables. The capacity is 3.7 litres. Keeps the food warm for long time and cooks faster. It doesn’t have any scratches or problems with it.
