Plant aloe vera looking for better caregiver than me #freecycle

Please someone take this innocent plant from my hands! she (the plant) was so beautiful before ended up under my 'care'. She needs to be replant in a better pot, some parts I think are dead, but others seem alive, I guess this is a Schrodinger's cat situation. My apologies to the plant and all the plants lover. I do like them, but not under my care :|
