Restaurant grade chairs

Offering this restaurant grade chair (100K rub count). It is strong structurally but has some peeling on the top. Perhaps someone can refurbish it? Bought it at Costco for $500 for a 2 pack in 2016. If there is interest, I can offer a second that has less peeling to complete the two chair set. Link to the chair provided below.
