Definitely aren’t in new condition they’ve been tried tested and approved for use. They’re like 30yrs old so they’re built strong and not cheap crappy ones like the black ones I took pic of on sale through Amazon. They’re a bit dirty from spending all their time in garage, I’m moving so trying to lighten the load
