Lakeview roomer wanted for renting $800.

Tenant wanted for a 'Garden' apartment with big kitchen, with an 'older' woman and her medium sz. dog, Bruno. Rent furnished room for $800. total. + $800. * Deposit. 420 positive but outside smoking only. Common areas are quiet and pleasant. I pay to have the bathrooms and kitchen professionally cleaned once a month. Then it's easy to keep up ourselves. I pay the same rent, plus Electricity, Gas and Wifi, streaming as well, because I take up much of the space in the rest of the apartment. The full bathroom is 99% yours because I go in there to shower. I take my things back and forth. (Like dorm showers?) I use the 1/2 bath for me 100%. I also stay in my room a lot. I know it's important that we prefer the same temperature settings. I also have a beautiful med. blue Oriental carpet for in there. So close to Wrigley field that you can hear concerts clearly from our patio. Fenced in yard & pet friendly. The coin W/D is just outside our back door.
