Ninja Pulse Blender - for Parts or DIY Fix

This Ninja Pulse blender appears to be in good condition but when I just tried to test it to post, it did not turn on. Not sure if I've forgotten some trick or if there is an easy fix. Price reflects as-is "for parts" condition and if you wanna try and fix it yourself, please do! It has a 48 oz capacity and a pulse function for controlled blending. Great for smoothies and other kitchen tasks!
