Vintage Lefton China brand vase- hand painted, with sticker saying Italy. 8.5” high & 5.5” handle to handle. Heritage Rose design, featuring pink roses, green leaves and gold trim. Excellent condition. Purchased in 1979. Dish in same pattern is also available (see last photo)
