Beginner, Junior dog walker

My 11.5 year old son is wanting to start gaining some experience in working and responsibility. Dog walking is at the top of his list. He has 5 dogs at home and is very responsible and tentative to each one of them. He would love the opportunity to do smaller walks around our area with parent involvement of course.
