This is a blue Fortress mobility scooter. No batteries. But i can show it working. The seat is ripped in places and has been taped. There is nothing wrong with the mobility scooter. Only the seat is ripped and tape you can get a seat cover over it. It comes with a front basket and a padded seat. Great for getting around! 300.00
