4K Digital Camera

I dont know to much about cameras. Got this years ago as a gift but never put it to use. - includes a digital zoom lens, a video microphone, a protective pouch, a user manual, charger, and a 32GB SanDisk SD card. - camera has a 16x optical zoom and f/2.4 aperture. Con: will turn off if taken off of charger. most likely a battery issue. Price is negotiable.
