Banquet Hall/Hotel Event space transfer

Selling our deposit for this Chapelle Banquet Room, located at Four Points by Sheraton in Gateway Blvd. The venue can accommodate up to 120 guests. We went a different route for our celebration.. Asking price and willing to let go our deposit fee for $400. Venue price is $1200 for all day rent. Contract is transferable as per the event manager. Tables,chairs and linens are provided by the hotel banquet.
