This is a family household. The room includes a large desk with two cabinets, three electrical outlets, a closet, an extendable bed, and two storage drawers beside the bed. Shared spaces: The bathroom is shared with another renter. The hallway, kitchen, and balcony are shared spaces, please be respectful and considerate. The balcony has a view toward the Rogers Stadium area and you can see the outline of CN Tower skyline. Cleanliness: We follow a “clean as you go” household. After cooking or eating, dishes, cooking items, and kitchen counters should be cleaned and put away right away on the dish rack or dishwasher. The sink should be left empty. Shared kitchen surfaces and floors should also be kept clean and tidy. Each renter is responsible for keeping their own bedroom and bathroom area clean. You will need to coordinate with the other renter to maintain a clean washroom. Food & household supplies: Each renter is responsible for their own food, groceries, toiletries, and personal supplies. This helps keep household expenses simple and avoids confusion over shared purchases. Basic common areas cleaning supplies are available for use. Household environment: We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and considerate of others in the home. Please maintain open, polite communication and respect shared and private spaces. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony, in accordance with building rules. Looking for a female university student who does not drink heavily, regularly hosts gatherings. Cats: This is a cat household. There is no cat in the house right now, however cats are welcome. The owners are responsible for cleaning up after their cats and keeping litter and other pet related areas clean. Other details: The microwave is currently not working.
