Upgraded to soft fabric and upgraded pull-out mattress to a full-size Cool Gel infused memory foam bed. Track arms give a modern feel to a classic loveseat. Includes two matching sofa pillows in Willard Cobblestone color. Solid frame. Retail price $1200 made to order. We kept a sofa cover on it. No pets. Great shape!
