Vintage Nippon Bowls

These are likely an antique Nippon hand-painted porcelain bowl. Nippon porcelain was produced in Japan between 1891 and 1921, and is known for its intricate hand-painted designs and raised enamel decoration, a technique known as "moriage". The bowl features a scalloped rim and a design with a large pink iris in the center, surrounded by smaller pink and blue flowers and green leaves. The background is a shimmering gold finish.
