The chair is a Eames Molded Armchair with a Dowel Base (often designated as a DAW chair), originally designed by the iconic duo Charles and Ray Eames. It is an authentic piece with the raised logo embodiment underneath as well as the original sticker authenticating its origin and build. It is a statement piece that goes well with a plethora of vintage or modern styled living rooms, offices, and bedrooms. This dowel based sweeping scoop chair originally began production in the 1960s so falls into a mid century modern aesthetic. The chair is in immaculate condition, new for all intents and purposes.
