Couch with Pull Out Bed

This couch has been great, the mattress is memory foam. It was custom-made for condo living. We're moving and no longer need a pull-out couch. There are some visible worn areas on the armrest side from cat scratching, but it's otherwise in great condition. It needs to be disassembled to be removed, which I can help with.
