VASTRA electric scooter

The scooter does power on, but it needs some work. The handlebar is loose and does not stay as stable as it should. It does attach and function, but it will need adjustment or repair for proper riding. Because of this, I’m selling it as-is. The wheels have been spray painted black. No charger included.
