Vintage Mid-Century Sterling Silver Locket & Italian Chain

Beautiful mid-century vintage sterling silver keepsake set. Both pieces are authentic, stamped solid sterling silver (not plated or filled). Perfect as a sentimental gift or a timeless addition to an estate jewelry collection. Item Details: Locket: Genuine mid-century oval photo locket by Zelite. Features a gorgeous hand-engraved floral blossom and scroll design with a textured zig-zag border. Stamped "STER" along with the maker's signature Z-shield hallmark inside. Measures approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm). Chain: High-quality Italian sterling silver box chain. Measures approximately 18 inches long. Features a solid connecting tab stamped "925 ITALY". Condition: Excellent vintage working condition. The locket hinge is tight and snaps shut securely. It currently features a deep, natural vintage sulfur patina/tarnish which highlights the fine engraved lines beautifully (can easily be polished bright white with a silver cloth if preferred).
